Pokey fixed the driver's side power window. He also replaced the outside and inside door handles that had broken. For the first time in over a year, I can open my driver's door from the outside and roll down the driver's side window. This was all done at a very reasonable cost. Pokey replaced the windshield on my CRV and did a fantastic job! He discovered a few minor problems along the way, and even fixed them without an up-charge. There were some rust spots where a previous installer had chipped the paint on the frame and he treated those areas to prevent further rusting. He saved me $60 for a clip and moulding kit because he had a few spare clips laying around that he used to replace two I had missing. He communicated these issues in a professional, timely manner and even picked up my car so I didn't have to drive it to his location. Talk about great customer service and quality work! I'll use Pokey's Glass every time.
